This policy explains in plain language how Agência 247 handles personal data when you visit this website or contact us, in line with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, the LGPD).
Who controls your data
Agência 247, based at Av. Feliciano Sodré, 300, Teresópolis, RJ, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data processed on this website. For any privacy matter, write to vitor@agencia247.com.br.
What data we collect
- Data you send us in the quote request: name, WhatsApp, email, company, services of interest, timeline, investment range and any message you write.
- Contact details when you write to us by email or WhatsApp.
- Browsing data collected through cookies and similar technologies, only if you accept: pages visited, clicks on contact links, device and browser type, traffic source and approximate location.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To answer your quote request and negotiate a possible engagement (steps preliminary to a contract, LGPD art. 7, V).
- To maintain the business relationship and improve our services (legitimate interest, art. 7, IX).
- To measure site performance and ad effectiveness through analytics and advertising cookies (legitimate interest, art. 7, IX). You have the right to object and may decline these cookies at any time. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland they are only enabled with your prior consent.
Cookies and how to control them
We use Google Tag Manager to load our measurement tools. It triggers Google Analytics 4 (usage statistics) and Google Ads (conversion measurement and remarketing). If you decline, the site works normally and these cookies stop being stored.
On your first visit we show a notice about the use of these cookies, with the option to decline. You can change your mind at any time under "Cookie preferences" in the footer of any page, or by clearing the site’s data in your browser.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with providers that run the site and its measurement: Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads), Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery and security) and the agency’s email provider. Some of them process data outside Brazil; in those cases we rely on the safeguards the LGPD provides for international transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep quote request data for as long as needed for the business relationship and to meet legal obligations. Measurement data follows the retention periods set in Google’s tools. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18), you may request at any time:
- confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed unlawfully;
- data portability;
- objection to processing and deletion of data, including withdrawal of consent where it is the legal basis;
- information about who we share data with.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss and alteration, such as HTTPS, access control and hosting on infrastructure with recognised security standards.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or the law. The date of the latest update is at the top of this page.
